Dr. Brent
Friess
Hello! I'm Dr. Brent Friess. Oregon born and raised. I now living in Utah with my wife and kids. I love the outdoors and have always been a runner. A more recent health hobby I've also picked up is Cold Therapy. Crazy I know! But the benefits have been pretty amazing! Another fun fact is that I competed on the BYU international ballroom touring team for a few years in college. Which besides traveling to amazing places in the world, I met my wife, Kim! It's no lie that ladies love a dancer ;)
With all of the sports and activities I've done throughout my life, the body has always amazed me. One can feel so strong when it is functioning well. Chiropractics is one of those puzzle pieces that when given the proper time, can put the body in a space of true healing, strength, and ability. In contrast, when our body is out of whack, we feel weak, held back, and like we're not reaching our full potential. And that's where chiropractic can help. Ever tweaked your neck? Thrown out your back? Had persistent headaches? I could go on and on . . . The point is, these things don't need to hold you back anymore.

Most of my patients feel that my treatment is unique to other chiropractors because of the time I spend with them to fully understand their history and current symptoms. I've found by taking this time early on, patients can heal quicker and don't need "monthly subscriptions" because we are able to get to the root of the issue sooner. Which means your money is put to good use by receiving quality care instead of quantity care that can be generic, simplistic, and missing the issues. My approach is very individualistic as a "one-size-fits-all" is just not correct when it comes to the human body.

That's why I opened Vero Health to allow me to practice in a way that allows me to spend the time needed to help you. Then you can schedule follow up appointments as needed without the pressure to commit to a standard plan. Vero means "true" in Italian. And just like the meaning of my company, I want to be an advocate for your True Health so you can live your best life in the best condition of your body as possible.

DC (Doctorate of Chiropractic) - Western States University
I went back to my roots in Oregon for my chiropractic degree and graduated cum laude.
This degree gave me an overall understanding of health care programs and how to be an effective administrator.

BS (Bachelor of Boy Scouting) - Brigham Young Univeristy
Being raised in Oregon and in the boy scouting program, I developed a passions for youth programs and the outdoors. So while I was working on my pre-requisites for my later degrees, I decided to get another degree I was passionate about! And fun fact, I was one of the last to receive this degree before it was changed to be "Rec Management."
